Lazio plot move for 19-year-old Man City wonder-kid who has 18 goals this season

Lazio are plotting a move for Manchester City wonder-kid Enes Unal according to reports from Turkey.

Fotospor claim that the Serie A giants are interested in signing the Turkish international striker.

Unal has been in great form on loan at FC Twente this season scoring 18 goals and providing four assists in all competitions.

The 19-year-old is currently the record highest scoring Turkish international player in Eredivisie history with 17 league goals.

Unal added two more goals and an assist to his tally in the 3-0 victory over NEC over the weekend.

The powerful striker also holds the record for being the youngest ever scorer in the Super Lig, netting for Bursaspor against Galatasaray aged 16.

Unal will not be able to play for City next season unless the club push for a special exemption from the FA.

The club would have to argue the case that Unal be granted a work permit due to the talent he possesses.

As things stand Unal is expected to be loaned out again next season.

Unal is happy at FC Twente but a decision regarding his future has yet to be made.
