Gokhan Inler was left on the bench for Leicester City’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United.

The Fox’s star striker Jamie Vardy wrote his name into Premier League history after scoring his sides opener against United.

Vardy broke Ruud van Nistelrooy’s record by netting for the 11th successive game.

Foxes boss Claudio Ranieri has decided not to start with Gökhan İnler. The Switzerland international of Turkish origin joined Leicester on a £5 million move over the summer but has made just three appearances for the league leaders.
