Leicester City midfielder Gokhan Inler has stated that Switzerland are targeting all three points away to England. Switzerland take on England tonight at Wembley in their Euro 2016 qualification clash.

The Switzerland captain also stated that they will be taking the game seriously while England are expected to field a weakened side.

Inler has made 83 international appearances for Switzerland, scoring six goals.

“The game against England is very important and I know the English – they will always give 100 per cent,” Inler was quoted as saying by the Mirror.

“Will they play more free? I can see that. But this is not a friendly match.

“It is an important game for us. We still have three games to play and still have to get those points so that we can definitely go to France.”

The Swiss international joined the Premier League outfit for a reported £5 million transfer fee despite interest from Bundesliga outfit Schalke and Turkish giants Beşiktaş.

Leicester have gotten off to a flying start in the League with two wins and two draws in their opening three games. The Foxes have won 29 Premier League points since April 1st 2015; more than any other side.

Inler’s side host Aston Villa at the King Power stadium in the next round of games which take place after the international break.
