Leicester City new transfer Gokhan Inler makes debut against Tottenham

Leicester City’s latest transfer Gokhan Inler made his debut for his new club yesterday in their Premier League encounter with Tottenham.

The Switzerland international came on in the 80th minute in place of Danny Drinkwater.

The 31-year-old put penn-to-paper on a three year deal with Leicester earlier this week.

Leicester have gotten off to a flying start in the League with two wins and a draw in their opening draw games. City have won 28 Premier League points since April 1st 2015; more than any other side.

Inler scored one goal in 33 appearances for Napoli in all competitions last season. The 31-year-od has won 84 caps and played in two FIFA World Cups
