Gaziantepspor goalkeeper Zydrunas Karcemarskas has been ruled out for four-weeks with injury.
The Lithuania international had a collision with teammate Vranjes during training after which he picked up the injury.
Karcemarskas suffered a blow to his head and was initially expected to return in the next few days.
Tests after training however, revealed that the injury was more serious than initially thought.
Karcemarskas fractured his eye socket and team doctor Nevzad Denerel confirmed with newspaper reporters that Karcemarskas will be on the sidelines for at least four-weeks.
The 31-year-old keeper joined Gaziantepspor from Dynamo Moscow in 2010 on a £500,000 move.
The Lithuanian international has kept 56 clean sheets in 149 appearances since joining the Falcons.
Karcemarskas has kept nine clean sheets and only conceded 31 goals in 23 appearances for Gaziantepspor this season.
Gaziantepspor are currently in 10th place on 34 points after 26 games this season.
The Falcons will take on Galatasaray next at the Türk Telekom Arena.
