Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp responds to reports of Anfield exit
There have been murmurings in the press that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp could be headed to an Anfield exit.
Turkish sports journalist Ugur Karakullukcu asked Klopp about his future and whether he would consider coaching Galatasaray in the future in an interview for the Sabah newspaper.
“Galatasaray are a big team but I am not considering a move to Turkey,” Klopp said.
“The Liverpool project was the most exciting of the offers I had and I have every intention of staying here.”

Klopp revealed that he feels there is a lot of potential in Turkish football but that the powers in charge must be more patient.
“There is a mentality problem in Turkish football, the clubs have huge potential economically and in terms of fanbase but there has to be a change in mindset to realise this potential,” he added.
“Patience is required, football is all about patience, this needs to change in Turkey.”
Klopp took charge of the Reds in 2015 but has yet to win silverware with the Premier League giants.
The German manager did however, sign a six-year extension with his coaching staff in 2016 which will keep him at the club until 2022 [BBC].
Liverpool are currently 6th in the Premier League on 23 points after 13 games.
Galatasaray are currently first in the Super Lig but head coach Igor Tudor faces an uncertain future.
Despite guiding the Lions into first position Tudor could end up losing his job should Besiktas beat them in the derby over the weekend.
