Liverpool confirm young striker will leave at the end of contract

Liverpool have confirmed that their young striker Samed Yesil will leave the club at the end of his contract.

The 22-year-old’s current deal with the Red’s expires at the end of the month.

Liverpool named eight more players who will leave on June 30. Youngsters Tom Brewitt, Daniel Cleary, William Marsh, Ryan McLaughlin, Alex O’Hanlon, Kristof Polgar and the former Arsenal star Kolo Toure are all set to be released.

Trabzonspor are favourites to sign the Germany u19 international.  The Black Sea based side are looking to re-build their squad for the upcoming season following a disappointing year.

The 2016-17 season will be Trabzonspor’s 50th year anniversary and the clubs President is targeting the Turkish Super Lig title.

Yesil has made two assists and has found the back of the four times in 17 appearances for Luzern this season.
