Liverpool continued their impressive start to the 2015-16 Premier League with a goalless away draw away to Arsenal.
The Reds were coming off the of back-to-back wins against Bournemouth and Stoke City and now find themselves in joint second place.
Emre Can was included in Liverpool’s starting line-up by manager Brendan Rodgers following an injury to club captain Jordan Henderson last weekend.
Henderson was substituted off the field against Bournemouth with a foot injury and was not risked in yesterday’s game.
Can played alongside Lucas Leiva and James Milner in a three-man midfield. The Germany u21 international received a rating of 6.64 from Whoscored. The former Bayern Munich man made two key passes, two tackles and two interceptions.
Summer signings Benteke, Milner and Clyne all made their third start’s for Liverpool yesterday. The Reds take on West Ham United next weekend.
