Emre Can featured in Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Southampton in Jurgen Klopp’s Anfield debut yesterday in the Premier League.
The Germany international received a rating of 6.54 from whoscored and was played in his favoured central midfield position.
Can made one tackle, one inteception and made one key pass. The former Bayern Munich man made 67 passes and maintained a passing accuracy of 85%.
Liverpool took the lead in the 77th minute of the game via the summer signing Cristian Benteke. However, Klopp’s side were only able to hold on to the lead for nine minutes.
Southampton found the equaliser in the 86th minute when the in-form Mane found the back of the net.
Liverpool find themselves in ninth place in the Premier League following todays result with 14 points in ten games.
