Emre Can scored during Liverpool’s emphatic 6-0 victory over Aston Villa in the Premier League yesterday.
The 22-year-old started the game in his favoured midfield position and played the full 90 minutes.
Can smashed the ball past Bunn from outside the penalty area with a powerful shot that rocketed along the floor into the bottom corner.
The Germany international started in central-midfield and scored with his first shot on target. Can now has a total of two goals in all competitions this season.
Liverpool moved into 8th place on 38 points following the victory while Aston Villa remain cemented to the bottom of the table.
The Red’s travel to Germany to take on FC Augsburg in the Europa League on Thursday.
