Jurgen Klopp give Euro giants transfer boost after confirming Liverpool ace has no future at club

Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic has been closely linked with a summer exit this window.

Markovic was loaned out to Watford last season and head coach Jurgen Klopp left him out of the Premier League Asia Trophy tour.

The writing looks on the rule for the Serbian international following Klopp’s latest comments.

The Liverpool boss confirmed offers will be considered for Markovic.

In fact Klopp revealed that the 23-year-old has been transfer listed since last summer.

The German manager did however, state that Markovic is in the best shape he has seen him in – which did sound awfully like a sales pitch.

“With Lazar, it’s no secret that if he finds a club then we will negotiate. It was like this last year too,” Klopp told the ECHO.

“He’s now fit and another one who is in the best shape since I’ve known him.

“Before he had problems with his groin but now he’s good. There will be a club out there who needs him.”

The Mirror claim that Liverpool are prepared to take their losses on the winger and sell him for £12 million.

Turkish giants have been closely linked with Markovic.

The Liverpool winger has been offered to to the Turkish league champions according to CNN Turk.

The Black Eagles are interested in a loan move.

Markovic could theoretically end up facing the Reds next season in the Champions League if he does end up making the move.

The Istanbul giants will compete in the Champions League for the second consecutive season.
