Liverpool receive transfer boost after PSG green light £26m star sale, Fenerbahce make surprise move

PSG star Lucas Moura has been closely linked with several clubs across Europe following reports that the French giants are prepared to sell.

Turkish football giants Fenerbahce became the latest side to make an approach for the Brazilian according to Foot Mercato.

Per the source, Fenerbahce are keen on a loan move with a buyout option.

The Yellow Canaries have prioritised signing a new winger and forward.

Fenerbahce recently parted ways with winger Volkan Sen, striker Emmanuel Emenike and forward Moussa Sow.

Fenerbahce could however, face competition from Premier League giants Liverpool.

French outlet Le Parisien claim that PSG are prepared to cut their losses on Moura and sell him for £26 million.

The report claims that the Reds made contact with Moura over a potential move last month.

Fenerbahce would be unable to offer £26 million due to Financial Fair Play (FFP) pressure but a loan deal would be feasible.

Moura joined PSG on a £35 million move four years ago and does still have another two-years remaining on his contract.

The powerful forward scored 19 times and provided 11 assists in 53 appearances for the Ligue 1 outfit last season.
