Liverpool reveal squad ahead of blockbuster Premier League clash vs Manchester City 

Liverpool will be looking to extend their winning run of form when they take on league leaders Manchester City.

The blockbuster Premier League fixture takes place at Anfield, kick-Off is scheduled for 16:00 (GMT).

Liverpool has revealed their provisional squad ahead of tonight’s clash.

Jurgen Klopp’s side comes into the game following three victories in a row, including a 5-0 win over Swansea City. A win for Liverpool could see them move up into joint second place.

Club captain Jordan Henderson is an injury doubt with a thigh injury. Alvaro Moreno and Daniel Sturridge are also doubts for tonight’s clash.

Germany international Emre Can has retained his place in Klopp’s squad despite his precarious contract situation. The 24-year-old has under five months left on his contract and could end up leaving the club for free.
