Liverpool narrowly missed out on signing Talisca according to Portuguese newspaper O Jogo.

Per the source, the Reds had agreed a €25 million deal for the powerful attacking midfielder but the deal broke down after he failed to get his visa papers sorted.

The Reds ended up missing out on signing Talisca but Besiktas were able to sign him just before the end of the transfer window on a two-year loan deal.
