Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has won the most tackles in the Premier League in this calendar year (2015) according to the sports statistics website Squawka.
Can has won 64 tackles, which is more than any other player in the league. The 21-year-old spent a large portion of 2015 playing in at centre back and as a right back.
However, the former Bayer Munich man – labeled the Tank by Liverpool fans – has played in his favoured midfield position for the Reds this season.
