Liverpool transfer news: Euro giants refuse to budge on £8.4m valuation

Liverpool have suffered a blow in their attempts to sign Simon Kjaer from Fenerbahce.

According to the Turkish outlet SporX, Kjear’s £3.35m per season demands have surprised the Premier League outfit.

Per the source, clubs interested in Kjaer are only willing to match Kjaer’s wage demands if they are able to negotiate a lower transfer fee with Fenerbahce.

However, SporX go onto state that Fenerbahce are unwilling to budge on their £8.4 million valuation.

The report also states that Fenerbahce may attempt to extend Kjaer’s contract if they are unable to strike a deal with a foreign club.
