Mesut Ozil has returned to Arsenal’s starting line-up which faces Liverpool in one of the most highly anticipated clashes of the week.

Özil has been in great form winning the Gunners Player of the Month award for the last three consecutive months.

Liverpool also their very own player of Turkish origin Emre Can has also been included in the starting line-up.

The Reds have won of the most feared home sounds in European football but have won just one of their last nine meetings with Arsenal in all competitions.

Tomas Rosicky, Danny Welbeck, Jack Wilshere, Francis Coquelin and Santi Cazorla all remain injured for Arsenal.

Meanwhile Liverpool will be without Daniel Sturridge, Jon Flanagan, Jordan Rossiter, Dejan Lovren, Divock Origi, Philippe Coutinho, Martin Skrtel, Danny Ings and Joe Gomez.
