Liverpool v Arsenal: Expected Starting Line Ups – Mesut Ozil set to start

Premier League leaders Arsenal take on Liverpool at Anfield in one of the most highly anticipated clashes of the week.

Arsenal star Mesut Özil is almost certain to start having provided 16 assists in 19 league games this season. The World Cup star has been in great form winning the Gunners Player of the Month award for the last three consecutive months.

Liverpool also their very own player of Turkish origin likely to start. Emre Can has been a first-team regular for Jurgen Klopp ever since he replaced Brendan Rodgers as manager.

The Reds have won of the most feared home sounds in European football but have won just one of their last nine meetings with Arsenal in all competitions.

Tomas Rosicky, Danny Welbeck, Jack Wilshere, Francis Coquelin and Santi Cazorla all remain injured for Arsenal.

Meanwhile Liverpool will be without Daniel Sturridge, Jon Flanagan, Jordan Rossiter, Dejan Lovren, Divock Origi, Philippe Coutinho, Martin Skrtel, Danny Ings and Joe Gomez.
