High-flying Liverpool host Burnley tonight looking to continue their fine form and boost their top-four push.

The Reds have recorded thre victories in a row and find themselves in 6th place with 48 points in 27 games. A victory tonight could take them up into forth place. Burnley sit in 19th place with 22 points in 27 games.

Can is expected to start in defence tonight alongside Mamadou Sakho and Martin Skrtel. The 21-year-old has started in Liverpool’s last nine league games as a defender.

The Germany U21 international has one goal and one assist in 27 appearances in all competitions this season for Liverpool.
