Liverpool v Sevilla Confirmed lineups: Star playmaker starts on the bench

Liverpool will be hoping to bounce back from last weekends defeat when they face Sevilla in the UEFA Champions League tonight.

The clash takes place at Anfield stadium while kick-off is scheduled for 19:45 (GMT).

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has opted to stick with largely the same starting eleven which has started all of the Reds games so far this season.

Croatia international Dejan Lovren has returned to the fold while Karius starts in place of Mignolet.

Emre Can retains his midfield place alongside Jordan Henderson and Wijnaldum.

The Reds side suffered a disappointing 5-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester City on Saturday.

Philippe Coutinho starts tonight’s game on the bench. The Brazil international hasn’t featured for Liverpool this season following a drawn out transfer saga with Barcelona.
