Emre Can will make his 12th start in a row for Liverpool in tonights Premier League clash against Tottenham.

The 20-year-old defender will start on the right side of a three man defence along with Skrtel and Sakho. Rodgers has decided to keep Can in defence despite an injury to Lucas. Club captain Steven Gerrard will fill in for the Brazilian international.

Can has made a total of 21 appearances for Liverpool since joining from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer.
