Man City prepare shock January move for Liverpool star midfielder
Manchester City have been linked with a shock move for Liverpool star midfielder Emre Can.
According to the Italian outlet Calciomercato, the Citizens are weighing up a January move for the contract rebel.
Can has entered the final seven months of his contract with the Reds. The 23-year-old could end up leaving the club for free next summer unless Liverpool can strike a new deal with him.
Per the source, Serie A giants Juventus have also been linked with the combative midfielder.
Emre Can has been included in Joachim Low’s Germany national team squad. Germany take on England in an international friendly on Friday night.

The former Bayer Leverkusen man has established himself as a first team regular in Jurgen Klopp’s side this season. Can played the full 90 minutes during the Reds 3-1 win over West Ham United last weekend.
Liverpool take on Southampton in their next Premier League clash on November 18.
