Man City set to make €7m bid for Besiktas star Gokhan Tore

Manchester City are preparing a €7 million bid for Beşiktaş winger Gökhan Töre according to NTV Spor.

City are reported to have made an enquiry for the Turkish international and are prepared to make an offer.

Atletico Madrid are also set to make a move for Töre according to the Spanish newspaper AS.

AS states that Atletico Madrid have spoken with Töre’s agent Ahmet Bulut who also represents Arda Turan.

The former Chelsea man is in the best form of his career. The Turkish international winger has nine goals and 11 assists in all competitions for the Black Eagles this season.

The Turkish international put on impressive performances against Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool in Europe and included in the Whoscored Europa League team of the season.

The 23-year-old joined the Chelsea academy as a youth and was a star of the FA Youth Cup winning side of 2010.

Töre parted ways with the Blues in 2011 to join HSV along with former Chelsea head of youth development Frank Arnesen.

The explosive winger joined the Black Eagles from Kazan for £4 million this summer and still has three-years left on his contract.
