Manchester City’s new signing has stated that is a ‘dream’ to train alongside the likes of Kun Aguero.
Ünal became City boss Manuel Pellegrini’s first major signing of the transfer window and is reported to have joined for a £2 million fee.
“Of course one might feel like this is a dream! When I go back to the room, all of a sudden I stop and think where I am and who I’m training with,” Ünal told Manchester City’s official website.
“To be honest, this is very exciting and when I go on the pitch, there is no trace of this anymore; you just enjoy yourself.
“Because they really are top players. It;s always better to play with the top players.”
Ünal has joined Manchester City’s senior side in their pre-season tour of Australia.
The 18-year-old striker could play his first game for City during the summer camp, the first of which is behind closed doors, against Adelaide United on Wednesday.
