Man City target Ilkay Gundogan to miss Tottenham clash

Borussia Dortmund’s star midfielder Ilkay Gundogan will miss tonights clash with Tottenham in the Europa League.

Tottenham host the Bundesliga giants at White Hart Lane, kick-off is at 20:05 (GMT).

According to the German outlet Sport 1 the Germany international will sit out the game due to a foot injury.

While the 25-year-old has returned to training following his injury, Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel isn’t willing to take any chances with this midfield playmakers fitness.

Dortmund recorded a 3-0 at home against Spurs and look set for a comfortable passage to the quarter finals.
