Man City’s Jason Denayer nears summer exit, Euro giants set aside €5m for Belgium international

Manchester City defender Jason Denayer has been linked with a return to Galatasaray.

The Belgium international was a hit at the Istanbul giants during his loan spell in 2015-16.

Galatasaray tried to sign Denayer on loan once again this summer however, Pep Guardiola wanted the youngster to gain Premier League experience.

Denayer ended up at Sunderland where he failed to secure a first team place. The Black Cats have been relegated from the Premier League following their defeat to Bournemouth.

The Turkish outlet Fotomac state that Galatasaray are once again interested in signing Denayer.

Per the source, the Lions will table a €5 million bid for the 21-year-old defender.

The report goes onto state that the Serie A giants AC Milan are also interested in signing Denayer.

Denayer has made a total of 27 apperances in all competitions for Sunderland this season.

Sunderland take on an in-form Hull City in the Premier League next weekend.
