Man United boss Mourinho holds several meetings with £24m Barcelona star Arda Turan
Manchester Untied have been named as one of two potential destinations for Barcelona star Arda Turan.
The Turkey international’s future at Barca is uncertain after manager Ernesto Valverde left him out of the Spanish Super Cup squad on Sunday.
According to the Spanish outlet AS reporter Özgür Sancar, Turan is likely to end up at either Man United or Galatasaray.
Per the source, United boss Jose Mourinho has met with Turan ‘on many occasions.‘ The Portuguese tactician is understood to be a long-term admirer of the player.

AS go onto state that Mourinho has a close working relationship with both Jorge Mendes and Ahmet Bulut, who represent Turan.
Per the source, Turan’s boyhood club Galatasaray are also interested in signing the Turkey international. Galatasaray have held talks with Barcelona in recent weeks. The Istanbul giants want to sign Turan on a season-long loan.
Turan registered seven assists and 13 goals in 30 appearances for Barcelona last season. The 29-year-old joined Barca from Atleti for £24 million back in July 2015 (BBC).
