Man United transfer news: Euro giants tabel new offer for £27m Red Devils star Marouane Fellaini
Turkish Super League giants Galatasaray have reignited interest in Manchester United star Marouane Fellaini.
The Lions have been frequently linked with a move for the Belgium international over the summer transfer window.
A source from within the club revealed to Turkish-Football that the Lions haven’t given up hopes of signing Fellaini.
The Istanbul giants have tabled a new and improved offer for the 29-year-old midfielder.
Galatasaray reached an agreement-in-principle for a four-year deal worth €4 million per season with Fellaini’s representatives along with a €4.5 million sign-on bonus last month.
Fellaini has under 12 months remaining on his contract with Manchester United. The Red Devils are yet to table a contract extension for the former Everton midfielder.

Galatasaray sporting director Cenk Ergun did confirm being in talks with Fellaini.
“There will be surprises, we are in talks with Fellaini,” Ergun told Turkish-Football following the Lions training session in Austria on Saturday.
However, United boss Jose Mourinho is a big fan of Fellaini. The Portuguese tactician recently poured cold water on Galatasaray’s last move for the midfielder.
“It’s easier for Galatasaray to get me than to get Maroaune,” Mourinho was quoted as saying by Goal.
“Forget it. He’s too important to me.”
Fellaini made the move to Man United for £27 million from Everton [BBC] back in 2014.
Galatasaray have already signed Sofiane Feghouli, Bafétimbi Gomis, Younes Belhanda, Maicon, Mariano and Badou Ndiaye this summer.
The Lions recorded a 4-1 victory over Kayserispor in their opening game of the 2017-18 season.
