The Serie A giants have pulled out of talks and are now reported to be interested in Hoffenheim star Roberto Firmino.

Sneijder’s agent Guido Albers confirmed that talks with Juventus are over in a recent interview with Tuttosport.

“It’s nearly impossible to bring Sneijder to Turin, I can’t see it happening,” Albers said.

“The Galatasaray officials have been perfectly clear with me. He would have been happy to return to Italy but only if the club had wanted to sell.”

United have been keeping close tabs on Sneijder and head coach Louis van Gaal has worked with the 30-year-old before during his stint as Netherlands national team manager.

Galatasaray value the Netherlands international at £15.6 million and he still has two-years left on his contract.

Sneijder joined Galatasaray from Inter in 2013 for £6.6 million.

The 30-year-old has scored four goals in 22 appearances for Galatasaray this season including a brace against Fenerbahce in the Intercontinental derby.
