Man Utd striker Robin van Persie 'is for sale' says Jamie Jackson

Manchester United striker Robin van Persie is for sale according to the Guardian’s Jamie Jackson.

Speaking to Talksport Jackson stated: “Robin van Persie is for sale.”

Jackson also revealed that Van Persie’s reported agreement with Fenerbahçe could come down to whether the Süper Lig club can match his £250,000-a-week wages.

“With regard to the Fenerbahce story, let’s just wait and see. It could be a timing thing. There could be money issues in and around that [deal],” he added.

“Can they pay Van Persie what he’s getting at United? It’s nearly £250,000-a-week. Let’s just see on that one.”
