(Video) Man Utd target provides assist against Barcelona

Barcelona had to come from behind to beat Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 at the Camp Nou in their second Champions League group stage game.

Bayer Leverkusen star Hakan Çalhanoğlu provided the assist for the opening goal from a 25th minute corner which Papadopolous headed in.

The Bayer playmaker is widely regarded as one of the best set-piece takers in world football today.

The 21-year-old playmaker has now been involved in 12 goals (6 goals, 6 assisted) in 14 games in European competition.

Çalhanoğlu already has two goals and two assists in the 2015-16 Champions League campaign.

The Turkish international has attracted a lot of interest recently after an impressive start to the season and Manchester United are preparing a €40 million bid for Çalhanoğlu according to the Dutch football outlet Soccer News.

Series A giants Juventus are also reported to be interested in Çalhanoğlu and have sent scouts to monitor the 21-year-old playmaker according to Tuttosport.

Çalhanoğlu is rated as the sixth most valuable U-21 players in the world according to Soccerex.
