The 28-year-old winger will undergo a medical before completing his four-year transfer from United to Fenerbahçe.

Fenerbahce’s sporting director, Giuliano Terraneo, travelled to Portugal last week to complete the transfer after meeting with Nani’s agent, and the Portuguese international is set to join for an undisclosed fee on a four-year deal worth €3.975 million, according to a close Turkish-football.com source.

Nani will become the Yellow Canaries seventh transfer of the transfer window. The Yellow Canaries have completed the transfer of centre-back Kjaer from Lille on a £6.73m deal.

Atletico PR striker Fernandao has also signed a four-year deal after enjoying a successful loan spell at Bursaspor last season, where he became the league’s leading scorer – hitting the back of the net 22 times. Fernandao has also been joined by Bursaspor teammate Sener Ozbayraklı – who too signed a four-year contract.

Porto duo 24-year-old defender Abdoulaye Ba and goalkeeper Fabiano have joined on loan while Sao Paulo defensive midfielder Josef De Souza has been signed on a permanent deal.
