Man United star Ibrahimovic offered to Turkish league giants by Mino Raiola in bizarre transfer rumour

Silly season appears to have struck Turkish sports media outlet Fotospor early this year.

Fotospor published an outlandish transfer rumour claiming that Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agent Mino Raiola offered his client to Besiktas president Fikret Orman.

Raiola reportedly held talks with Orman over the possibility of an end of season transfer for Ibrahimovic.

The United star reportedly wants to end his career playing Champions League football.

There are a few problems with the rumour with the most obvious being Besiktas would be unable to match his salary – or even pay half his salary.

Ibrahimovic would undoubtedly be an impressive coup for Besiktas and help push the club brand which is something the current board have made a priority.

However, the likelihood of the big Swede joining Besiktas is very slim.

Ibrahimovic has been in great form for United this season but has yet to make a decision on his future.

The Manchester Evening News meanwhile report that the 35-year-old striker is nearing a move to the MLS side LA Galaxy.
