Mesut Bakkal has lead his first training session since being appointed as Gençlerbirliği manager yesterday.
The experienced manager has begun preparations for his sides clash with Balikesirspor in the Turkish Super League this weekend.
Irfan Buz was fired from his job yesterday following Gençlerbirliği’s 2-1 defeat to Eskisehirspor at home last night.
The Ankara based side has lost four games in a row and are without a win in six games. Gençlerbirliği sit in 12th place with 22 points in 20 games.
