Mesut Ozil completed highest number of chances against West Brom

Mesut Özil starred in Arsenal’s 4-1 win against West Brom at the Emirates in the Gunners last league game of the season.

The victory earned the North London based club a third place finish and automatic qualification to next seasons Champions League.

Özil started for the Gunners and made a total of 81 passes at a 91.4 percent accuracy.

Whoscored gave the World Cup winner a rating of 8.00. Özil has not scored lower than a 7.00 rating since returning from injury at the turn of the year.

The 26-year-old really excelled in the key passes department creating a total of six chances for his teammates.

Özil has been in excellent form since returning to the first team after spending three months on the sidelines.

The Arsenal star has won two Vitality Arsenal Player of the Month as well as a PFA Fans Player of the Month award in 2015.

Özil is expected to start in the FA Cup final against Aston Villa next week.
