Mesut Ozil has congratulated his side on their win over Aston Villa in the Premier League on Sunday.
The 26-year-old playmaker has posted an image of his celebration on Twitter along with the caption “I’m still happy we were able to confirm our team’s strong performance yesterday!”
Ozil started his first game for the Gunners since injuring his Knee back in October against Chelsea. The Germany international put in a ‘man of the match’ performance with an assist and goal putting his side 2-0 ahead.

Arsenal went on to win the game 5-0 and are now in fifth place on equal points with Southampton who are forth.
The Gunners take on Tottenham in the North London Derby on Saturday and Ozil is expected to be included in the starting eleven.
Ozil now has three assists and three goal in 12 appearances for the Gunners this season.
