Mesut Özil has passed on his gratitude to an Arsenal supporter who drew fan art and sent it to the Germany international.
The Twitter user @Lagvilava7 created a posted of Özil with a Lion roaring in the background.

Özil has been ruled out for a week due to a minor knee-injury according to the Independent.
The 26-year-old missed Arsenal’s clash with Newcastle due to a knee injury he sustained during training earlier this week. The Germany international missed three months of football last season with a knee injury .
Özil joins Jack Wilshere, Danny Welbeck, Per Mertesacker and Tomas Rosicky on the sidelines.
The World Cup winner had started in all of Arsenal’s games this season until picking up his injury.
Arsenal are without a win at the Emirates but will be hoping to turn around their fortunes at home when they take on host Stoke City on 12 September after the international break.
