Arsenal star playmaker Mesut Ozil may not have an assist to his name on the field this season however, he was called into action on Saturday evening to console his girlfriend Mandy Capristo.
The Gunners recorded an impressive 3-0 win over rivals Chelsea in the Premier League to move into third place. Ozil was one of the stars of the show and scored his sides third goal.
Following the game, Ozil was spotted along with his girlfriend Mandy Capristo outside London hotspot Libertine.
The Germany international was pictured sitting in a car with his girlfriend Mandy Capristo, who was in floods of tears. Ozil went onto shield her from onlooking photographers. Capristo got back together with Ozil in November 2015 after an extended break.
Arsenal will be hoping for less tears and more smiles when they take on FC Basel in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday evening. Ozil is once again expected to start for Arsene Wenger’s side in his favoured number ten role.
