Moussa Sow – ‘The Old Sow Will Return’ [divider]
Fenerbahçe striker Moussa Sow has promised fans that he will return to form.
“I know the fans want me to score,” Sow said.
“There are fans wondering when I am going to score and return to form.
“God willing they will not have to wait much longer, nobody should worry, I am very happy at the club and working hard during training.
“Sometimes strikers have quiet spells, it happens but I will return to form.
“There is an exciting title race this season and it is great to be involved.
“I see no reason why we cannot retain our title but I will have to do my part as well and that includes scoring.
“There is a lot of competition this season and everybody has to do their part.”
The Senegalese international has six goals and one assist in 13 Süper Lig performances this season.
The former Ligue 1 champion and top scorer joined Fenerbahçe from Lille for €10 million in January 2012.
Sow played an important role in Fenerbahce winning the Super Lig title last season.
