Newcastle reveal squad ahead of Arsenal clash

Newcastle United will take on Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Magpies have plummeted down the table after losing seven of their last eight league matches.

The visitors will be without Jonjo Shelvey who starts a two-match ban after being sent off for the second time this season during Wednesday night’s 1-0 home loss to Everton.

Head coach Rafa Benitez will also be without striker Aleksandar Mitrovic who is out with a back problem.

Full-back Paul Dummett has made the squad and is available for the first time since the opening day of the campaign following a hamstring injury.

Twenty-year old midfielder Dan Barlaser has failed to make the squad yet again.
