Newcastle United are the latest Premier League side to join the race to sign Galatasaray star midfielder Papa Babou Ndiaye.

The Senegal international made the move to Galatasaray from Osmanlispor over the summer transfer window. Ndiaye has gone on to cement his place in the Lions starting eleven this season.

According to the Mail Online, Ndiaye has a £18 million release clause included in his contract.

Meanwhile, Turkish outlet AMK state that Stoke City and Crystal Palace are also interested in signing Ndiaye.

The Istanbul giants are currently in the midst of a tightly contested title race and are not under pressure to sell Ndiaye in January.
