Tunay Torun opened the scoring on two minutes after driving through midfield with the ball and finishing off a one-two with a beautiful finish.

Eren Derdiyok doubled the home sides lead just before the half-time whistle with a header from just outside the penalty area.

On-loan Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo started for Kasimpasa and put on another stellar performance making the most tackles (3) and interceptions (4) in the back four. The Nigerian international also made the highest number of clearances (8) and won all his aerial duals.
