Palmeiras confirm Fenerbahce bid for Jose Henrique

Palmeiras board member Alexandre Mattos has confirmed to the Brazilian football website Globoesporte that his club have recived an offer from Fenerbahce for Jose Henrique.
The report states that talks are ongoing over a loan deal and that the transfer could be finalised shortly.
Fenerbahce also want a a €6 million buy out clause included in the loan deal.

Henrique has also been targeted by clubs from Saudi Arabia and Qatar while Palmeiras recently rejected a bid from the Mexican side Tigers for their striker.
The 25-year-old striker was the second highest scorer in the Brazilian league last season with 16 goals in 47 games.
