(Photo) £20m Man City star recalls bumping into Real Madrid legend Luis Figo

Manchester City playmaker Ilkay Gundogan took to social media  to share a photo of himself alongside Luis Figo.

Gundogan added the following caption beside the photo, “#Throwback to when I bumped into Luis Figo.”

Figo racked up 127 caps for his nation Portugal and won the UEFA Champions League with Real Madrid.

The 26-year-old – who joined for £20m (BBC) last summer – is currently sidelined with a knee injury.

Gundogan is unlikely to feature again this season and is expected back ahead of pre-season training this summer.
