Arda Turan finally became a registered Barcelona player today and received the number 7 shirt despite originally joining the club last summer on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid.
Turan took to social media to let his followers know his shirt number keeping it pretty clear and simple on Facebook and Twitter with a simple message reading ‘7’.

The bearded winger also shared a Facebook post of his three buddies holding up a Barcelona shirt with the number 3 on the back highlighting that he has just three days remaining before making his official debut.
Turan is expected to make his debut for Barcelona against Espanyol in the Spanish Cup Last 16 first-leg tie at the Camp Nou on Wednesday 6 January.
The 28-year-old winger has been unable to play for his club this season but has been able to keep a degree of match fitness due to featuring regularly for the Turkish national team.
Turan played a key role in Turkey reaching the European Championships and the Crescent-Stars are unbeaten in their last 10 games with the bearded winger in the side.
