(Photo) Arsenal star playmaker back in training ahead of Southampton clash
Arsenal star playmaker Mesut Ozil has been spotted back in training ahead of this weekend’s encounter with Southampton.
The Gunners take on BATE Borisov during the weekend in the Europa League however, Ozil will be rested for the midweek encounter.
The 28-year-old has under six months remaining on his contract next summer and will be able to hold talks with European clubs from January 1 onwards.
However, Arsenal are still hopeful of extending their star player’s contract.
Ozil shared a photo of himself in training today on his social media page.
