Arsenal, Tottenham and Everton look set to lose out in the race for Bayer Leverkusen star Hakan Calhanoglu.
The BILD recently reported that the three Premier League clubs were keen on signing the Turkish international after he was transfer listed.
The 23-year-old does however, appear to be close to signing for AC Milan.
The Serie A outfit took another step towards completing the transfer of Hakan Calhanoglu after he was spotted arriving in Italy.

The Turkish international star is expected to undergo his medical before completing his transfer to the Italian giants.
A source close to Calhanoglu revealed to Turkish-Football that personal terms have been agreed and that a deal has been struck between Bayer and AC Milan.
AC Milan will complete the transfer for a €20 million fee but the figure could rise to €25 million with bonuses and add ons.
Sky Italia reported yesterday that Bayer want €25 million for Calhanoglu but that AC Milan were only willing to offer €21 million.
The transfer fee issue has been resolved and the 23-year-old is expected to be confirmed as the Italian sides latest transfer.
