Barcelona star Arda Turan has been busy preparing for his official debut against Espanyol in the Spanish Cup over the next couple of days but he still found time wish his followers a happy new year.
Turan tweeted the following message in both English and Turkey to his 517,000 Twitter followers.

The Turkish international winger joined the La Liga champions over the summer on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid but Barcelona were unable to register the bearded winger due to the FIFA transfer ban imposed on the club.
Barcelona will be able to register Turan when the transfer window opens and he is expected to make his debut in the derby against Espanyol tomorrow although he could be rested until the return game on 6 January.
Turan also recently tweeted that he cannot wait to make his official debut for the reigning Champions League title holders and thanked his followers for showing patience.

Barcelona won five trophies in 2015 including the La Liga, Champions League as well as the World Club Cup and are currently first in the league.
