Mesut Ozil appears in high spirits ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Stoke City today.
The 28-year-old has been included in Arsene Wenger’s squad despite having under 12-months remaining on his contract.
Ozil shared a photo of himself on a train from London to Stoke alongside his teammates on social media. The Germany international included the following caption, “First away trip this @premierleague season with these guys.”

Ozil played the full 90 minutes during Arsenal’s 4-3 victory over Leicester City last week. Star forward Alexis Sanchez meanwhile will miss today’s clash due to an injury.
