Liverpool star midfielder Emre Can has taken to social media to wish his international teammate Mesut Ozil a happy birthday.
Interestingly, both Can and Ozil have under nine months remaining on their contracts and could end up leaving their respective clubs for free next summer.
Can shared a story post on Instagram celebrating Ozil’s Birthday while Ozil also took to social media to thank the Liverpool star for his message.
Ozil was roundly criticised for his display during Watford FC on Saturday while Can played the full 90 minutes during Liverpool’s 0-0 draw with Manchester United. Both sides are in action in Europe this week.
